Marcus Rashford To Receive Honorary Doctorate From University Of Manchester
Marcus Rashford will become youngest recipient of an Honorary Doctorate degree from University of Manchester later this summer, for his campaign against child poverty.
After receiving the doctorate, he will be rightly addressed as Dr. Marcus Rashford.
Some of his notable charitable accomplishments include:
- Secured £120m for free school meals
- Started a charity to feed 2.8m kids
- Campaigned to help the homeless
- Learned sign language to judge a competition at a deaf school
Previous recipients include Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Bobby Charlton – Manchester United FC legends.
