President Buhari Has Confirmed Adamu Mohammed as New Police IG
President Muhammadu Buhari has just confirmed the Acting Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed as the new Inspector General of Police.
The confirmation was announced at the police council meeting, which was presided over by the president.
On January 15, Mr. Mohammed was appointed in the acting capacity, when he took over from former Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris.
