Nigerians React To Teni’s View On Feminism And Marriage Proposal

Nigerian singer and recording artiste, Teni, has ignited a stormy reaction on Twitter with how she views feminism and marriage proposal.
In her tweet, Teni said feminists hold on to their ideologies till the time a man kneels down on one knee to make marriage proposal to them. She added in a follow-up tweet that it is not wrong for a lady to propose to her man.
Those tweets sparked mixed reactions from followers and foes alike.
She tweeted;
Y’all are feminists till it’s time to bend on one knee to ask a man to marry you! Aren’t we equal?
