Lagos COVID-19 Situation Report: 12 More Patients Discharged
The lagos State Ministry of Health said the state has discharged twelve (12) more patients from isolation centres on Thursday, April 30th, 2020.
Of the 12 latest discharged patients, nine (9) are males and three (3) are females. Among those discharged is a foreign national – a Ukrainian.
They were discharged from COVID-19 isolation facilities to reunite with the larger society.
Six (6) of the patients were discharged from Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, five (5) from University of Lagos Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and one (1) from Ibeju-Lekki Isolation facility. They were released after having fully recovered and tested negative to coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in two consecutive readings.
With this latest data, the number of patients successfully managed and discharged in Lagos State is now one hundred and ninety nine (199).
