COVID-19 Lagos Update: Lagos State Discharges 49 Patients, Bringing Total Number To 187
The Lagos State Ministry of Health, in its COVID-19 Lagos Update as at 29th April, 2020, said that the state has discharged forty nine (49) patients, bringing the total number of discharged cases to one hundred and eighty seven (187).
It also echoed the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) that eighty seven (87) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were confirmed in Lagos State on Wednesday, April 29th, 2020.
With this latest data, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Lagos State is now nine hundred and forty seven (947)
Furthermore, it said that:
Unfortunately, 1 #COVID19 death was recorded. The deceased, a 25year old male was at the time of admission in a state of severe breathlessness. This brings total number of #COVID19 related deaths in Lagos to 20.
