Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 624 New Cases In Nigeria; 212 In Lagos, 69 In Oyo, 49 In Niger, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed six hundred and twenty four (624) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 624 coronavirus cases in the country, 212 in Lagos, 69 in Oyo, 49 in Niger, 37 in Kano, 37 in Osun, 35 in the FCT, 34 in Plateau, 33 in Gombe, 28 in Edo, 28 in Enugu, 17 in Ebonyi, 10 in Delta, 9 in Katsina, 8 in Ogun, 7 in Rivers, 5 in Ondo, 4 in Kaduna and 2 in Nasarawa.
As of Tuesday, July 28th, 2020, there are 41,804 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 18,764 patients have been discharged, with 868 deaths.
