Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 136 New Cases In Nigeria; 41 In Lagos, 27 In Ogun, 19 In Rivers, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and thirty six (136) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 136 coronavirus cases in the country, 41 were recorded in Lagos, 27 in Ogun, 19 in Rivers, 10 in Abia, 6 in Oyo, 6 in Plateau, 5 in Bauchi, 5 in Ondo, 4 in Ekiti, 4 in Kaduna, 3 in Edo, 2 in Ebonyi, 1 in Bayelsa, 1 in Delta, 1 in Osun and 1 in Yobe.
As of Saturday, September 26th, 2020 there are 58,198 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 49,722 patients have been discharged, with 1,106 deaths.
