Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 684 New Cases In Nigeria; 259 in Lagos, 76 in Oyo, 69 in Katsina, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed six hundred and eighty four (684) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 684 coronavirus cases in the country, 259 were recorded in Lagos, 76 in Oyo, 69 in Katsina, 66 in Delta, 46 in Rivers, 23 in Ogun, 22 in Edo, 22 in Osun, 21 in Ebonyi, 20 in the FCT, 16 in Kaduna, 10 in Ondo, 9 in Imo, 9 in Abia, 5 in Gombe, 4 in Plateau, 4 in Bauchi, 2 in Ekiti and 1 in Anambra.
So far, there are a total of 23,298 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria. 8,253 patients have been discharged, with 554 deaths.
