Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 276 New Cases In Nigeria; 161 In Lagos, 36 In Rivers, 27 In Edo, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed ninety one (91) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the 276 newly-confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, 161 were reported in Lagos, 36 in Rivers, 27 in Edo, 19 in Kaduna, 10 in Nasarawa, 6 in Oyo, 4 in Kano, 3 in Delta, 3 in Ebonyi, 2 in Gombe, 1 in Ogun, 1 in Ondo, 1 in Borno, 1 in Abia and 1 in Bauchi.
As of Tuesday, May 26th, 2020, there are 8344 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria. 2385 patients have been discharged, with 249 deaths.
The NCDC disclosed this on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020, via its official Twitter handle, @NCDCgov.
