Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 64 New Cases In Nigeria; 34 In Lagos, 15 In FCT, 11 In Borno, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed sixty four (64) new cases on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) reported in Nigeria.
Of the sixty four (64) newly-confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, thirty four (34) cases were recorded in Lagos, fifteen (15) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), eleven (11) in Borno, two (2) in Taraba and two (2) in Gombe.
As at 11:20 PM on Monday, April 27th, 2020, there are one thousand, three hundred and thirty seven (1,337) confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) reported in Nigeria. Two hundred and fifty five (255) patients have been discharged, with forty (40) deaths.
One case previously reported as a Lagos State case, is now reported as an FCT case.
The total number of confirmed cases in Lagos is now at 764 and 157 in FCT.
