Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 91 New Cases In Nigeria; 43 in Lagos, 8 in Sokoto, 6 in Taraba, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed ninety one (91) new cases on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, 43 were recorded in Lagos, 8 in Sokoto, 6 in Taraba, 5 in Kaduna, 5 in Gombe, 3 in Ondo, 3 in FCT, 3 in Edo, 3 in Oyo, 3 in Rivers, 3 in Bauchi, 2 in Osun, 1 in Akwa Ibom, 1 in Bayelsa, 1 in Ebonyi and 1 in Kebbi.
As at 11:50 pm on Sunday, April 26th, 2020, there are 1273 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) reported in Nigeria. 239 patients have been discharged, with 40 deaths.
One case previously reported in Lagos, is now an Ondo State case.
The total number of confirmed cases in Lagos is 731, and 8 in Ondo.
The NCDC disclosed this on Sunday via its official Twitter handle, @NCDC.
