Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 125 New Cases In Nigeria; 37 In Lagos, 18 In Plateau, 17 In FCT, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and twenty five (125) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 125 coronavirus cases in the country, 37 were reported in Lagos, 18 in Plateau, 17 in the FCT, 15 in Ogun, 10 in Rivers, 7 in Benue, 7 in Kaduna, 5 in Anambra, 3 in Oyo, 2 in Cross River, 2 in Ondo, 1 in Edo and 1 in Imo.
As of Thursday, September 24th, 2020 there are 57,849 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 49,098 patients have been discharged, with 1,102 deaths.
