Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 111 New Cases In Nigeria; 31 In Lagos, 18 In Gombe, 18 In Kaduna, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and eleven (111) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 111 coronavirus cases in the country, 31 were recorded in Lagos, 18 in Gombe, 18 in Kaduna, 15 in the FCT, 14 in Rivers, 3 in Imo, 3 in Kwara, 3 in Oyo, 2 in Bayelsa, 2 in Ogun, 1 in Edo and 1 in Osun.
As of Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 there are 57,724 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 48,985 patients have been discharged, with 1,102 deaths.
