Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 543 New Cases In Nigeria; 180 In Lagos, 86 In FCT, 56 In Kaduna, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed five hundred and forty three (543) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 543 coronavirus cases in the country, 180 in Lagos, 86 in FCT, 56 in Kaduna, 47 in Edo, 37 in Ondo, 35 in Kwara, 19 in Ogun, 19 in Rivers, 17 in Kano, 16 in Ebonyi, 16 in Enugu, 7 in Delta, 4 in Bayelsa, 3 in Bauchi and 1 in Abia.
As of Wednesday, July 22nd, there are 38,344 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 15,815 patients have been discharged, with 813 deaths.
