Coronavirus: Nigeria Records New Case In Abuja, Hours After First
Nigeria has confirmed one more case of coronavirus in the country’s capital, Abuja, which brought the total of infections in the city to four.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made the announcement in a tweet to confirm the new case at 11:00 am on March 22nd, 2020.
The NCDC said in the tweet:
One new case of #COVID19 has been confirmed in FCT, Nigeria
As at 11:00 am on the 22nd of March, there are 27 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria
Of the 27 confirmed cases, 2 have been discharged with no death
