Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 562 New Cases In Nigeria; 102 In FCT, 100 In Lagos, 52 In Plateau, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed five hundred and sixty two (562) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 562 coronavirus cases in the country, 102 in the FCT, 100 in Lagos, 52 in Plateau, 50 in Kwara, 47 in Abia, 35 in Kaduna, 34 in Benue, 26 in Oyo, 24 in Ebonyi, 16 in Kano, 15 in Niger, 14 in Anambra, 12 in Gombe, 11 in Edo, 6 in Rivers, 5 in Nasarawa, 5 in Delta, 3 in Borno, 2 in Enugu, 2 in Bauchi and 1 in Kebbi.
As of Monday, July 20th, there are 37,225 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 15,333 patients have been discharged, with 801 deaths.
