COVID-19: If You’ve Returned From Abroad, Stay In Self-Isolation For 14 Days – NCDC
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has urged Nigerians who have come back to the country from abroad to stay in self-isolation, for fourteen (14) days. This came as a part of its measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, otherwise known as COVID-19.
It made this statement on Saturday, March 21st, 2020 via its official Twitter handle. In the tweet, the NCDC provided a link to its guide for self-isolation, including steps travellers need to take from arrival at the airports or land borders:
If you have just returned from ANY country, please stay in self-isolation for 14 days.
