Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 133 New Cases In Nigeria; 90 In Lagos, 13 In Rivers, 8 In FCT, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and thirty three (133) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 133 coronavirus cases in the country, 90 were recorded in Lagos, 13 in Rivers, 8 in the FCT, 8 in Kaduna, 6 in Oyo, 3 in Ondo, 2 in Katsina, 2 in Nasarawa and 1 in Plateau.
As of Sunday, October 18th, 2020 there are 61,440 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 56,611 patients have been discharged, with 1,125 deaths.
