Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 113 New Cases In Nigeria; 37 In Lagos, 16 In Kaduna, 11 In Ogun, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and thirteen (113) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 113 coronavirus cases in the country, 37 were recorded in Lagos, 16 in Kaduna, 11 in Ogun, 11 in Plateau, 8 in Taraba, 7 in Rivers, 6 in the FCT, 4 in Enugu, 4 in Niger, 3 in Edo, 2 in Delta, 2 in Imo, 1 in Benue and 1 Kano.
As of Saturday, October 17th, 2020 there are 61,307 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 56,557 patients have been discharged, with 1,123 deaths.

Patient discharges yesterday include 4,161 community recoveries in Lagos, State managed in line with new case management guidelines.
