Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms Forty Nine new cases; 23 In Lagos, 12 In FCT, 10 In Kano, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed forty nine (49) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed cases, twenty three (23) cases were recorded in Lagos, twelve (12) in the Federal Capital Territory, ten (10) in Kano, two (2) in Ogun, one (1) in Oyo and one (1) in Ekiti.
As at 10:40 pm on April 18th, 2020, there are five hundred and forty two (542) confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) reported in Nigeria. One hundred and sixty six (66) patients have been discharged, with nineteen (19) deaths.
