Ogun Health Commissioner’s Driver Tests Positive
The driver of Dr. Tomi Coker, the Ogun State Commissioner for Health, has reportedly tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Flavision gathered that the commissioner had ordered the immediate closure of the office and asked the staff in the ministry to go on 14-day isolation.
A source said the health commissioner directed that the driver be taken to a COVID-19 isolation centre.
The commissioner also ordered that members of her press crew and others at her ante-room should go on a 14-day self-isolation,
the source added.
The state commissioner did not answer the calls put across to her and had yet to reply the text message sent to her mobile phone number.
The Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Public Communications, Remmy Hazzan, could not be reached as of the time of filing the report.
