Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 325 New Cases In Nigeria; 87 In Lagos, 49 In FCT, 28 In Gombe, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed three hundred and twenty five (325) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 325 coronavirus cases in the country, 87 in Lagos, 49 in the FCT, 28 in Gombe, 20 in Ebonyi, 19 in Plateau, 18 in Kwara, 17 in Enugu, 12 in Imo,12 in Rivers, 11 in Kaduna, 10 in Ogun, 9 in Edo, 9 in Oyo, 8 in Ondo, 8 in Osun, 4 in Ekiti, 1 in Borno, 1 in Kano, 1 in Bauchi and 1 in Nasarawa.
As of Saturday, August 15th, 2020 there are 48,770 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 36,290 patients have been discharged, with 974 deaths.
