Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 35 New Cases In Nigeria; 19 In Lagos, 9 In FCT, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Thursday, April 16th, 2020, said it has confirmed thirty five (35) new cases of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the latest confirmed coronavirus cases, nineteen (19) cases were recorded in Lagos State, nine (9) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), five (5) in Kanos State and two in Oyo State.
As at 10:20 pm on Thursday, April 16th, 2020, there are four hundred and forty two (442) confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria. One hundred and fifty two (152) patients have been discharged with thirteen (13) deaths.
Currently, there are nineteen (19) states and the FCT that have confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
