Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 595 New Cases In Nigeria; 156 In Lagos, 141 In Oyo, 99 In FCT, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed five hundred and ninety five (595) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 595 coronavirus cases in the country, 156 in Lagos, 141 in Oyo, 99 in the FCT, 47 in Edo, 27 in Kaduna, 22 in Ondo, 20 in Rivers, 17 in Osun, 13 in Imo, 10 in Plateau, 8 in Nasarawa, 8 in Anambra, 5 in Kano, 5 in Benue, 5 in Borno, 4 in Ogun, 3 in Taraba, 3 in Gombe, 1 in Kebbi and 1 in Cross Rivers.
As of Monday, July 13th, 2020, there are 33,153 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 13,671 patients have been discharged, with 744 fatalities.
