Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 151 New Cases In Nigeria; 71 In Lagos, 26 In Ogun, 17 In Kaduna, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and fifty one (151) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 151 coronavirus cases in the country, 71 were recorded in Lagos, 26 in Ogun, 17 in Kaduna, 10 in Osun, 8 in Oyo, 6 in FCT, 6 in Rivers, 5 in Plateau, 1 in Akwa Ibom and 1 in Ekiti.
As of Friday, October 9th, 2020 there are 59,992 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 51,614 patients have been discharged, with 1,113 deaths.
