Coronavirus Update: NCDC Confirms 16 New Cases In Nigeria On April 7th, 2020
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020, confirmed sixteen (16) new coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country.
Of the confirmed sixteen (16) new coronavirus cases reported on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020, ten (10) cases were reported in Lagos State, two (2) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), two (2) in Oyo State, one (1) in Delta State and one (1) in Katsina State.
All newly confirmed COVID-19 cases have mild to moderate symptoms and are all currently receiving treatment at isolation centres.
Till date, two hundred and fifty four (254) coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Nigeria, forty four (44) cases have been discharged and the country has so far recorded six (6) deaths.
