Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 124 New Cases In Nigeria; 42 In Lagos, 25 In FCT, 14 In Katsina, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and twenty four (124) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the country.
Of the newly-confirmed 124 coronavirus cases in the country, 42 were recorded in Lagos, 25 in the FCT, 14 in Katsina, 11 in Kaduna, 8 in Kwara, 7 in Ondo, 4 in Delta, 3 in Anambra, 3 in Oyo, 2 in Edo, 2 in Ogun, 2 in Osun and 1 in Cross River.
As of Thursday, September 3rd, 2020 there are 54,587 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 42,627 patients have been discharged, with 1,048 deaths.
