Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 126 New Cases In Nigeria; 62 In Lagos, 22 In Rivers, 9 In Ogun, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and twenty six (126) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 126 coronavirus cases in the country, 62 in Lagos, 22 in Rivers, 9 in Ogun, 7 in Plateau, 7 in the FCT, 5 in Osun, 5 in Kwara, 3 in Taraba, 2 in Bayelsa, 2 in Abia, 1 in Zamfara and 1 in Imo.
As of Friday, October 2nd, 2020 there are 59,127 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 50,593 patients have been discharged, with 1,112 deaths.
