Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 626 New Cases In Nigeria; 193 In Lagos, 85 in FCT, 41 in Oyo, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed six hundred and twenty six (626) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 626 coronavirus cases in the country, 193 in Lagos, 85 in the FCT, 41 in Oyo, 38 in Edo, 34 in Kwara, 31 in Abia, 29 in Ogun, 28 in Ondo, 26 in Rivers, 21 in Osun, 18 in Akwa Ibom, 18 in Delta, 15 in Enugu, 13 in Kaduna, 11 in Plateau, 8 in Borno, 7 in Bauchi, 5 in Adamawa, 4 in Gombe and 1 in Sokoto.
As of Thursday, July 2nd, there are 27,110 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 10,801 patients have been discharged, with 616 deaths.
