Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms New Cases In Nigeria; 166 In Delta, 120 In Lagos, 66 In Enugu, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed seven hundred and ninety (790) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 790 coronavirus cases in the country, 166 in Delta, 120 in Lagos, 66 in Enugu, 65 in the FCT, 60 in Edo, 43 in Ogun, 41 in Kano, 39 in Kaduna, 33 in Ondo, 32 in Rivers, 29 in Bayelsa, 21 in Katsina, 20 in Imo, 18 in Kwara, 11 in Oyo, 10 in Abia, 6 in Benue, 4 in Gombe, 2 in Yobe, 2 in Bauchi and 2 in Kebbi.
As of Wednesday, July 1st, there are 26,484 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 10,152 patients have been discharged, with 603 deaths.
