Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 201 New Cases In Nigeria; 77 In Lagos, 37 In Rivers, 25 In Plateau, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed two hundred and one (201) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 201 coronavirus cases in the country, 77 were recorded in Lagos, 37 in Rivers, 25 in Plateau, 13 in the FCT, 12 in Kaduna, 12 in Ogun, 8 in Adamawa, 7 in Taraba, 4 in Imo, 2 in Kwara, 2 in Osun, 1 in Abia and 1 in Oyo.
As of Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 there are 58,848 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 50,358 patients have been discharged, with 1,112 deaths.
