Peruzzi Discloses Why He Left Medical School For Music
Nigerian singer, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has opened up on the reason why he went to medical school to study medicine and why he left the profession to pursue a music career.
Peruzzi, who is signed to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) disclosed this during a live interview on Instagram with music executive, Ubi Franklin, on Thursday, April 16th, 2020.
He said,
I went to medical school because of my mother. I had to abandon the lab coat (Doctor’s robe), because it wasn’t giving me what i want.
The singer also added that music gave him satisfaction, as the profession is what he had always loved to do.
When he was asked who inspires him in the entertainment industry, he said davido, Tuface Idibia, Annie Idibia and Larry Gaaga.
