The more things change, the more they stay the same in the Big Brother Naija Household. Here’s how last night’s new developments treated the Housemates and the fans that love them so much.

The only way that the Housemates were able to move on from Sunday’s Eviction drama and Disqualification dilemmas was by focusing on what needed to take place. Firstly it was a brand new Task handed to them by Showmax. Their original Wager was to be as nice to each other as possible and their secondary Task is to create a talent show which is to be presented on Thursday and must last longer than 30 minutes.

There was a major shakeup in the House’s Leadership structure as Trikytee managed to turn his luck around and claim Head of House during the Games. A rule change allowed him to elect Laycon as his Deputy and the eighth week officially had its leadership duo.

On social media, the meme’s for the new Head of House and Deputy came thick and fast.

The Housemates also had to make the difficult decision of who they would Vote for during the Nomination Diary Sessions. When the results were tabulated and announced it was Dorathy, Kiddwaya, Ozo, and Prince who would all be hoping they are not going home on Sunday.
