SARS Officers Allegedly Kill Nigerian Footballer In Sagamu (Graphic Video)
The assistant captain of Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC), Tiyamiyu Kazeem, popularly known as Kaka, was allegedly pushed to his death by a policeman from the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Ogun State Command.
The defender was heading to Sagamu with his teammate, Sanni Abubakar, after their training in Abeokuta on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 before the incident happened.
According to a statement released by his club, Kazeem ran into SARS operatives, who then called them “Yahoo boys”, despite presenting their identity cards as players of Remo Stars FC.
The club stated the two players were then ordered by SARS operatives to go with them to the nearest police station in Sagamu. And while on their way to the police station, the two players decided to ask the SARS operatives where they were being taken to. That prompted the officers to stop their vehicle and forcibly push Tiyamiyu out and an oncoming vehicle knocked him down.
The player was rushed to Fakoya Hospital in Sagamu, where he was pronounced dead, the statement added.

Dear @frankmbablog every week officers of the Nigerian police in Lagos murder innocent Nigerians and cause unrest. Please do not wait until they kill one of your relatives before you take action. @PoliceNG pic.twitter.com/ihVPXlHBzB
