Bandits Kill 47 People In Katsina Communities
The Katsina State Police Command said that bandits have killed forty seven (47) people in early morning attacks on twowns in three local government areas of the state.
The command’s Spokesman, SP Gambo Isah, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists on Sunday, April 18th, 2020 in Katsina.
He said that the bandits carried out the attacks at about 12:30 am on Saturday, April 18th, in Safana, Danmusa and Dutsinma local government areas.
Though, Isah did not give details of the incident, but he said that army, DSS, police, Air Force and civil defence personnel had been deployed in the affected communities to restore order.
