Police Arrest Woman, Three Others In Gang Of ‘Unknown Gunmen’ Terrorising Anambra
The Nigeria Police Force, Anambra command, has arrested a woman and three men among the “unknown gunmen” terrorising the South-East region.
The suspects were nabbed by operatives of the Neni Police Division in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State who killed one of the gunmen and arrested the four others including the woman.
In a video seen by Flavision, the criminals were arrested with different guns, police shoes, a belt and a beret, Biafran flag and charms.
They reportedly engaged the police operatives who intercepted them while they were on a kidnapping operation.
In the video, one of the police officers who did not mention his name said that there was no casualty from the side of the police but that one of the gunmen was gunned down during the shootout.
The police officer said,
These are the unknown gunmen we encountered. They kidnapped someone yesterday and we went after them and in the course of exchanging fire, we were able to gun down this guy by name, Sam Olowo.
