Man Accuses Edo Police Officers Of Kidnapping And Robbing Him
A man in Edo State took to Facebook to solicit for help, after some police officers allegedly “kidnapped and robbed” him of one hundred and twenty five thousand (125,000) Naira.
According to the purported victim, Fedeco Godwin, the police officers who extorted him are attached to Ologbo Divisional Police Station in Edo State. He also revealed that the sad incident took place right in front of their police station.
In a follow-up post, he provided more insight to the ugly incident. He said that the officers told him that it was unlawful to have children’s school uniform in the trunk of his car.
This was the crime I committed, that it is unlawful to have kids school uniform in the trunk of my Car of which I explained to them that the stuff belong to my mum.
