Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 462 New Cases In Nigeria; 93 In FCT, 78 In Lagos, 64 In Plateau, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed four hundred and sixty two (462) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 462 coronavirus cases in the country, 93 in the FCT, 78 in Lagos, 64 in Plateau, 54 in Kaduna, 47 in Oyo, 32 in Ondo, 23 in Adamawa, 19 in Bauchi, 9 in Rivers, 9 in Ogun, 9 in Delta, 7 in Edo, 6 in Kano, 6 in Enugu, 5 in Nasarawa and 1 in Osun.
As of Friday, July 31st, there are 43,151 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 19,565 patients have been discharged, with 879 deaths.
