Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 436 New Cases In Nigeria; 169 in Lagos, 52 in Oyo, 31 in Plateau, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed four hundred and thirty six (436) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 436 coronavirus cases in the country, 169 were reported in Lagos, 52 in Oyo, 31 in Plateau, 29 in Imo, 28 in Kaduna, 23 in Ogun, 18 in FCT, 18 in Enugu, 17 in Bauchi, 14 in Bayelsa, 8 in Rivers, 6 in Osun, 6 in Kano, 5 in Edo, 5 in Benue, 3 in Adamawa, 2 in Borno, 1 in Abia and 1 in Ekiti.
There are 20,244 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease in Nigeria. 6,879 cases have been discharged, with 518 deaths.
