Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 745 New Cases In Nigeria; 280 In Lagos, 103 In Oyo, 72 In Ebonyi, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed seven hundred and forty five (745) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 745 coronavirus cases in the country, 280 in Lagos, 103 in Oyo, 72 in Ebonyi, 60 in the FCT, 46 in Imo, 34 in Edo, 33 in Delta, 25 in Rivers, 23 in Kaduna, 16 in Ondo, 12 in Katsina, 10 in Kano, 8 in Bauchi, 7 in Borno, 5 in Kwara, 4 in Gombe, 2 in Sokoto, 2 in Enugu, 1 in Yobe, 1 in Osun and 1 in Nasarawa.
As of Thursday, June 18th, 2020, there are 18,480 confirmed cases of coronavirus disease reported in Nigeria. 6,307 patients have been discharged, with 475 deaths.
