Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 389 New Cases In Nigeria; 66 In Lagos, 50 In FCT, 32 In Delta, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed three hundred and eighty nine (389) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the 389 newly-confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, 66 were reported in Lagos, 50 in the FCT, 32 in Delta, 31 in Oyo, 26 in Borno, 24 in Rivers, 23 in Edo, 23 in Ebonyi, 17 in Anambra, 17 in Gombe, 14 in Nasarawa, 12 in Imo, 12 in Kano, 12 in Sokoto, 8 in Jigawa, 7 in Ogun, 5 in Bauchi, 2 in Kebbi, 2 in Kaduna, 2 in Katsina, 2 in Ondo, 1 in Abia and 1Niger.
As of Saturday, June 6th, 2020, there are 12,233 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria. 3826 cases have been discharged, with 342 deaths.
