Coronavirus: Lagos Discharges 48 More Patients; 32 Males, 16 Females
The Lagos State Ministry of Health said 48 more coronavirus (COVID-19) patients have been discharged from the state’s isolation facilities to reunite with the society.
The affected individuals are 32 males and 16 females; all Nigerians were discharged from the state’s isolation facilities at Yaba, Lekki, Onikan and LUTH.
28 of the patients were released from Infectious Disease Hospital in Yaba, 6 from Lekki, 1 from Onikan and 13 from University of Lagos Teaching Hospital (LUTH) after they have fully recovered and tested negative twice consecutively to coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
With this update, the number of patients who were successfully managed and discharged in Lagos State has risen to 406.
