Coronavirus: Kano Records Five New Cases
Kano State said it has recorded five new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of cases of the deadly virus in the state to nine.
The Kano State Ministry of Health made this disclosure on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020.
As at 10:25 am, Wednesday, 15th April 2020, 5 additional cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Kano State,
said in a tweet, adding that the state has not discharge any patient yet and no death has been recorded so far.
Other North-Western states that have coronavirus (COVID-19) cases are Kaduna and Katsina with six and five cases respectively, while no case has been reported in Jigawa, Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara States.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), as at 11:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 there are three hundred and seventy three (373) confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) reported in Nigeria.
