Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 187 New Cases In Nigeria; 74 In Lagos, 25 In Plateau, 25 In Rivers, Others

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and eighty seven (187) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 187 coronavirus cases in the country, 74 were reported in Lagos, 25 in Plateau, 25 in Rivers, 19 in Gombe, 19 in the FCT, 10 in Osun, 5 in Kaduna, 3 in Borno, 2 in Ogun, 2 in Katsina, 1 in Nasarawa, 1 in Bayelsa and 1 in Edo.
As of Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 there are 58,647 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 49,937 patients have been discharged, with 1,111 deaths.
