For the first time in the BBNaija 2020 season, the Housemates were split into groups to choose the four people who would stand for Eviction. This is how it all played out.

Before Nengi could jump for joy to celebrate her Head of House win, the Big Brother Naija geng was thrust into another trying situation.

It all began with Biggie announcing the following:

Tonight’s nomination process will be played in your groups. Each group will be given 30 minutes to deliberate and decide on two Housemates from the opposing team to nominate for possible Eviction on Sunday. Head of House, you do not belong to any group and will have to sit this out.

The Housemates then selected their teams using a lucy pick system and this is how their selections turned out:

Team Black: Ozo, Dorathy, Neo

Team White: Trikytee, Laycon, Vee

Team White retired to the living room to deliberate their choice while Team Black had their discussions in the bedroom. The Housemates all tried to point out the merits of selecting certain individuals and finding consensus in the thirty-minute deadline led to a robust debate.

When the time was up and the Housemates we summoned by Big Brother to announce their Nominations for Evictions, the choices were:

Team Black: Trikytee and Laycon

Team White: Ozo and Dorathy

These selections meant that Neo and Vee became the second and third finalists for Big Brother Naija Lockdown. The only question that remains to be answered which one of the four Nominated Housemates will be spending their last week in Biggie’s House.
