Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 160 New Cases In Nigeria; 39 In FCT, 39 In Plateau, 30 In Lagos, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and sixty (160) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 160 coronavirus cases in the country, 39 were recorded in FCT, 39 in Plateau, 30 in Lagos, 23 in Kaduna, 7 in Katsina, 6 in Rivers, 6 in Oyo, 3 in Yobe, 3 in Benue, 1 in Bayelsa, 1 in Abia, 1 in Edo and 1 in Ekiti.
As of Saturday, September 12th, 2020 there are 56,177 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 44,088 patients have been discharged, with 1,078 deaths.
