Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 188 New Cases In Nigeria; 47 In Lagos, 25 In Enugu, 21 In Plateau, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and eighty eight (188) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 188 coronavirus cases in the country, 47 were recorded in Lagos, 25 in Enugu, 21 in Plateau, 14 in the FCT, 11 in Abia, 10 in Delta, 8 in Bauchi, 8 in Ondo, 8 in Kaduna, 6 in Ogun, 5 in Imo, 4 in Benue, 4 in Katsina, 4 in Taraba, 3 in Edo, 3 in Kwara, 3 in Oyo, 2 in Rivers and 2 in Yobe.
As of Friday, September 11th, 2020 there are 56,017 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 43,998 patients have been discharged, with 1,076 deaths.
