Coronavirus: NCDC Confirms 197 New Cases In Nigeria; 83 In Plateau, 48 In Lagos, 17 In Kaduna, Others
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said it has confirmed one hundred and ninety seven (197) new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Of the newly-confirmed 197 coronavirus cases in the country, 83 were reported in Plateau, 48 in Lagos, 17 in Kaduna, 16 in the FCT, 11 in Ogun, 7 in Katsina, 4 in Imo, 3 in Edo, 3 in Nasarawa, 2 in Rivers, 1 in Bayelsa, 1 in Oyo and 1 in Osun.
As of Thursday, September 10th, 2020 there are 55,829 confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria. 43,810 patients have been discharged, with 1,075 deaths.
